Nestled in the high hills of the Ox Mountains we invite you to join us on a nourishing and enriching weekend of mindfulness. Here you will experience the stillness and restorative power of these stunning surroundings. While we gentle guide you with various mindfulness techniques Including guided Meditation, Yoga and Gongs. Helping you to disconnect from the busyness of daily life and focus on your inner essence.

Your accommodation will be in one of 4 beautiful, newly built, self-contained wooden en-suite eco cabins nestled in the woodlands around the Centre. Each cabin has 2 twin rooms en-suite and a fully equipped kitchen, with a dining area and outside terrace.

Included in your stay is our delicious home cooked vegetarian, organic and where possible locally sourced food to ensure we not only help to nourish the soul but the body too.
