Nothing compares to the smell of freshly baked bread and this hands-on course will set you on your way to baking everything from focaccia to sourdough loaves, croissants, Irish soda bread and oatcakes. Bread and Butter takes you from your first steps in yeast baking through to shaping and baking speciality regional breads of France, Italy and Ireland, all in the beautiful and peaceful surroundings of Cabragh Lodge Centre in rural Co. Sligo.
